Nobody knows. Bill Murray didn´t say in any interview what he whispered.
If you google it you will find most of the time this: “The whisper was intended to bring closure to the characters, not to the audience. It forces the audience to be forced out of their close relationship with the characters.”
I guess you´ll have to imagine what they said, it´s an open ending…
