A very friendly, super-productive, make-it-real programmer, who drops great software on the world. Think of all those coins in Super Mario Brothers, those all represent stuff like Rake and other Jimified Ruby goodies.
I almost saw him in a video, once. Wasn’t him.
It was bizzarre. It was a talk at Google (by Dave Astels, btw) and there was a fellow in the audience who looked a lot like me from the back. During the question and answer session, there was a question from the general direction of my look-like (actually, I think it was the guy behind him) and the voice in the video even sounds like my voice.
But I’m pretty sure I was never there.
Must have been my evil twin.
