My friend (also his coursemate) wanted to go support him at a gig. I was reluctant to follow initially because I’m not a fan of local music. But I did anyway, out of “courtesy”.

When I first saw him, it was a great plesant surprise. He wasn’t what I expected to be, in a good way, of course.

I never thought he’d be interested in me. He was somewhat “popular” and quite a catch. I was surprised when he wanted my number and even wanted to take me out on a date.
