When I was in the metal scene in my college days, probably in 1990 or 1991 during the Cowboys from Hell tour, I met Phil in OKC. They were touring with Prong and Exodus. They had tons of energy and put on a great show too. I regret that I didn’t get a chance to meet Dimebag at the show too. Rex Brown, the bassist was the only other member of Pantera I got the chance to meet.
