okay, it was my brother, but i like the story… my brother was at an outdoor music festival and decided to take a break from the crowd, and lean against a fence on the side of the venue to have a smoke. Someone came up to him to bum a smoke, and my brother just handed him a ciggie. When he looked-up to offer a light, he realized it was Carlos! They got to stand around and talk for a while. It was great timing because my brother was becoming very serious about the guitar, really admired Carlos’s jazz fusion work with John McLaughlin, and they got to talk music. Good stuff…
