My year in review

In summer of 2005 I enjoyed my first Atl summmer. I enjoyed the sun, but not the rain nor those damn carpenter bees!! My so called balcony was a nest for breeding those things! I didnt utilize the thing ONCE! And whats up w/ the pollen?? But other than that being a teacher allowed to to shop, A LOT , during my first Atl summer.
I taught kindergarten that yr and then looped up w/ my kids to 1st. I love it! I visited my family in MI over the summer as well. All and all 2005 was A OK :)

I would really like to meet other successful women who do not want children. I always feel like the crazy one left out because I dont have those motherly needs that I need to express.

Personally, I think it's great

I originally clicked on “comment” to tell you how much I enjoyed reading your succint but positive review of the year…. but then I saw this sub-comment about not wanting kids and I had to chime in telling you never to get intimidated or uncomfortable knowing what you want… not that you are….

There is nothing wrong with not wanting to be a mother… especially since you are part mother to a couple of dozen kids for nine months out of the year… seems to me like you are fulfilling your moral obligation to help out the human race by what you do for a living… no need to add little souls to the planet if you don’t want them…

I wish I had a cooler or more reaffirming way of saying that I find the way you expressed this to be terrific…
