Amazing drive, focus and you have to respect what he was up against in breaking through the prejudices he had to endure here in America, particularly in the TV/film industry.
He was an outstanding talent. I could only imagine what Martial arts films would be like having to make room for his abilities if he were still alive today. It would also be interesting to know how much martial arts films would be with the Bruce Lee touch given the technology and wires etc…. whew!
Nobody kicked like him. I love the way Bruce Lee kicks! I think he was at the top of his game when he made the final scenes of Game of Death and of course I also enjoyed his other films but Enter the Dragon is the one that’s the most timeless and still hot to death!
I’d get him to do that thing where he makes his back go all big and then I’d paint an angry face on his back and he could run around backwards scaring children.
He was one of the best martial artist’ of our time, and I grew up watching a lot of his films.
One of the most influential martial artists of the century, Bruce Lee was simply a marvel. His feats of physical conditioning alone are simply astounding. Things like the one inch punch, two fingered pushups, and the fact that film of him fighting had to be slowed down so that movie goers would get more than just a blur, would themselves be astounding, but combined with such a profound and insightful intellect behind them created a legend. I love his movies, his philosophies, and his martial arts insights. There is no doubt that he was a truly great man, which only reinforces the tragedy of his early death.
