The film, “Donnie Darko” is the reason I became so interested in filmmaking and script writing. I can still remember the summer I discovered the movie. I became an entirely new, creative person and completely admired Donnie’s character. I saw so much of myself in him. No, not the possible schizophrenia part haha ;D.
Jake really made Donnie into a believable character in this film, and donnie darko has become one of my favorite flicks. The bunny character was very creepy. The woman who wrote the book on the physics behind time travel was really interesting. Donnie’s love interest was a good supporting character. I loved the way the images of the plane engine falling through the roof of the house turned out. Great movie! I think it would be cool to hear some stories about the movie from the star.
