I enjoyed the documentary “Lagos/Koolhaas”. I had overheard some disparaging remarks about him, but after seeing this documentary, I thought he seemed like someone I’d love to meet.
The last time I saw Rem Koolhaas
Was at the Hammer Museum this past Sunday. He was there with Mark Wigley, Sylvia Lavin (UCLA’s Chair of Architecture), and Ole Bouman to talk about “Power and Architecture.” He kept fiddling with his phone and finally got reception at the end of the lecture when he stepped out of the auditorium.
