I had tickets to goto a Bright Eyes/Super Furry Animals solo act, in Calgary Alberta. The solo act was good but I couldn’t stand the emo crowd standing there lifeless, so I left and went to Broken City when I heard that Kathryn Calder was there I had wished I wasn’t so drunk. I stuck around until after the show shook her hand, told her I loved her and got her to sign my new Immaculate concept CD.
