Went to a local SF con, and Alan was signed as a guest. It was amazing, He is from Plano where the con was, so his parents came and in the middle of everythink he stood up and introduced them!
He was super nice and shook everyones hand and talked to them while signing various things.
I saw him in Spamalot and then went back to get his autograph. I told him I was a huge fan of Firefly and he asked if I wanted a picture with him! Of course I said yes. He seemed very excited that I knew him from somewhere. He said that he was friends with the other cast mates and that Nathan Fillion was “a stud.” That was an awesome day!
This is going to sound insane, but I was in love with Sonny before I even realized he had an actor. I mean, I know CGI movies -I studied 3D computer rendering and animation, and I KNEW Sonny had a motion actor and voice actor. But I never paid much attention because I was in love with Sonny -as a robot. He’s way sexy. But then my friend told me he just found out that Sonny who I’ve been going on and on about is Alan Tudyk, who plays in Firefly, and I’m like, “What’s that?” So my friend lends me the series and Sonny’s actor is sooooooo cute and now I’m obsessed.
