The last time I saw Cate Blanchett
I saw a show she starred in, Hedda Gabbler, at the Brooklyn Academy of Music (BAM) in NYC. I went around to the stage door to meet her afterwards, and she signed things and talked to me. She was polite, gracious, and gorgeous, as always.

I just think she’s one of the most talented actors working now, plus she’s happily married and a mother, and seems to be really grounded. In her interviews she seems so down-to-earth, intelligent, and humble.
