as everyone has said here, he’s a fantastically deadpan comedic actor who practically saved Mallrats. but i also loved him in Almost Famous where he did a dramatic act… just shows his range.

I would like to meet Jason Lee because I think he’s a real person and someone I might some day work with. I am an original Punk Rocker from the ‘80’s in San Francisco and still write songs. Jason Lee is one of the most comical persons i have ever seen. he has this comic genius that is just flawless and a make of his own. just WOW
About 14 years ago he was skating in a demo in Joplin, MO. I was there. I skated with him for a little bit, but mostly watched.
I used to own a Jason Lee Blind deck. One of his early models. It had a sharply upturned nose and tight concave. It was, by far, the best deck I ever owned.
He is a great actor and funny as hell, but I admire him for his ability to skate as well.
Humor with intelligence. Not something you see everyday anymore, but at least now you can see it every week on “My Name is Earl!” I think he’s a really, really funny guy and I’m sure he’d be a blast to meet.
