How I met Eddie Izzard
I met him signing autographs backstage after performing his Sexie show on October 17, 2003.
His manager said he would not personalize anything, he was just going to sign his name and take a picture for each person.
When it was my turn I thanked him for coming to Cleveland on this date, because it was my birthday and it was the best birthday present ever. He then asked my name and proceeded to write “Happy birthday Penny, love Eddie Izzard” on my Glorious tape _
