Kelly Slater (placeholder)

My friends and I picked up Kelly Slater in Cocoa Beach. He was hitchiking on A1A.

That’s right, Bitches… Slater was in our car!

it was in january, my friends and i were at this bar/club in waikiki (i live in hawaii) and he was there too.
of course, everyone’s like, “hey, it’s kelly slater.”
at one point, i lamely went up to him and told him what an awesome surfer he was.
he has amazing eyes but he’s pretty short.

I managed to meet him on my birthday in October this year at the Sean Slater invitational at Cocoa Beach. (I also went to the signing at Ron jon’s Surf shop the day before and met him there too) I managed to watch him surf for 2 days too. . not many people’s dreams come true. . mine did!!

My father has always told me stories about how Kelly slater tokes a lot man I wanna meet him and smoke!

So close! Yesterday I was at ASR in San Diego, and the pro longboarder I am designing a website for was showing me around the Roxy booth. Then we walk by these four people who are chatting, and I realize one of them is Kelly Slater.

My client knew one of the other people so she stopped to chat with her really quick, but I had to walk away, because my heart was pounding and I was freaking. Haha. There you have it, I’m a looser.
