Leader of 140 million Catholics and respected by (most) others. I already met JPII, it was most amazing. Benedikt is going to be a really good pope two having been the right hand man to John-Paul. Funny, his name was Cardinal Ratzinger, so he his nicknamed “Papa Razzi” like the celebrity hunters, the paparazzi!

I thought only the devil wore Prada. You are my man.

So I can confirm if those red shoes he wears are really by Prada.

Last weekend the Pope came to Poland and I was there with some other pilgrims from LT. Of course I still want to meeth him personally :)

I truly would like to meet this man to ask him why the Catholic Church is becoming less and less personal and more out of touch with its younger population who identify themselves as such, but don’t practice. I am particularly disturbed by the way they have treated friends and family members, as well as the fact that eulogies can no longer be given at funeral Masses on the grounds as it was explained to my cousins when their father died “that the focus of the funeral Mass is the liturgy and not the person.” I really really think that that is the wrong approach. The Catholic church was losing people before due to its teachings, now with this approach, I will be surprised if people decide they want to stay Catholic. I better watch it, don’t want my identity coming out now. I might get excommunicated for this. :-)

If I can meet him,I will be happy.
