i didnt actually meet him my dad did. he played at the isle of wight festival and my dad worked for wight link the boat that goes there and he tolf him how much i love the who and tommy and he got a picture (one of his personal ones) and signed it, then thye had a conversation about rogers fish farming or smothing like that he said he was really cool.

Why I want to meet Roger Daltrey

I love Roger Daltrey. He is so inspiring to me. I was The Who on September 26, 2006 in Des Moines, Iowa and I can honestly say it was the most amazing experience of my life (so far at least….) His connection with his audience is so genuine and unless you’ve experienced it for yourself, you have no idea. His personality is bursting with enthusiasm and joy and he seems to be a hilarious guy. Also, I think he is a fabulous actor. As he says in the liner notes on “Endless Wire”, he is truly “an alchemist who turns words into emotions”. I think that Roger Daltrey would really love me if he met me.
