Born in Waco, Texas, she was raised by her mother in Harker Heights, Texas. She made her official performing debut at age 3 where she sang at a livestock show. At age 5, she was taking tap, jazz, and ballet lessons which led her to joining the Texas Show Team, which toured the Soviet Union and Europe. At age 10, the family moved to L.A. with the encouragement of talent scouts, while Todd stayed behind to finish high school in Texas. Love quickly found commercial work and a role on Disney’s “Kids Incorporated” in 1984. She went through a series of television flops before finally hitting it big on “Party of Five” in 1995.

A story about Jennifer Love Hewitt
Back in ‘98 went to Disneyland with a couple of friends. She happened to be on hiatus and was visiting Disneyland. One of my friends said he saw JLH there. We didn’t believe him till he showed us. Got our picture taken with her. Which was really sweet cause she wasn’t all made up or anything.
It’s even nicer cause Jenny Garth also happened to be there that day although separately and she wouldn’t even let us snap pictures of her from 100 yards away.

Simply because I had a crush on her since I first saw her on party of five. I think it would be fun to meet my boy hood crushes.

I saw her a couple of months ago on Jay Leno or David Letterman (don’t remember which one) and she had such energy, such spirit. She seems like person that is fun to hang out with. If I ever meet her I’d like to tell her how much I like her and of course get her autograph.
