Ozzy Osbourne (placeholder)

I want to meet him because he’s like the greatest singer evar!

he was better in black sabbath before….!!!

ok, so we didn’t actually exchange words. He was eating at the hard rock cafe in Times Square and I was like “holy shit! ozzy ozbourne!” and he was even wearing the circle glasses he made famous!

and I touched him as he walked by and he looked at me and smiled a kind of “what a stupid kid” smile.

but it was cool. who randomly reaches out and touches strangers they don’t know?

me, apparently.

I stood in line for five hours after his retirement sucks tour to get his autograph!

It was freezing cold that night. The radio had announced that Ozzy was going to sign autographs at Best Buy after his show. My friend and I went to the store and got in line behind hundreds of other people. It was freezing cold outside. I was pregnant with my youngest child. It was so cold that people were burning trash on the sidewalk to create warmth.

It was about 4:00 AM when we finally got in to see Ozzy. Although it was said at the time that Ozzy was clean and sober, it was obvious that he was not so clean and sober that night.

Ozzy was very nice, although you could tell that he was WORN OUT! He had put on a hell of a show, then sat for hours signing autographs for his loving fans.

He was smaller than I had imagined. His skin was really pastey white looking and you could see his blue veins right through his paper-thin-looking skin. I guess he probably doesn’t get a lot of sunlight. LOL

I got his autograph on my Perry Mason CD.

I am a huge fan, and he reminds me of me…...........

Ozzy and I have the same birthday and I’ll take him out for ice cream.

I met Ozzy at a Black Sabbath autograph party at a music store about 7 years ago. I draw portraits and got him to autograph it.
