Has Al Pacino been tagged yet?
“A minute can last a life time”-Scent of a women
My Story: 5-30-2007
My name is Nanette Kelley. I had a very enlightened moment when, how I met Al Pacino. After you read my story, then you can decide”Has Al Pacino been tagged yet?”
I met Al Pacino at Elmhurst Medical Center during the making of “City Hall.” All the elevators were blocked so you had to use the stairs, and when I reached the fourth floor a Security Guard has standing by the door-While waiting, I became this actress (another part of Nanette) it was as if I had to meet him and yet had no idea what lied behind door #4. My believable story to Security became real as he was in shock and did not know whether to let me in, but he did. The actress in me arose into a character of pure control, as if I knew what was ahead. In truth, I am somewhat shy and never in a million years would predict what I did next.
Okay here’s goes nothing-our eyes met with an intense hold-an abrupt awakening- “that Animal Attraction”: (movie with Al Pacino “Sea of Love”) First off, you must know, I walked slowly towards him, while he sat in a chair mobilized with no chance to escape, me wearing a long leather coat, suede boots lightly made up and looked good. I found myself staring into his eyes and it was when you meet someone for the first time and you have that feeling and no words had to be spoken just starred and then my eyes drifted up and down his body and he looked marvelous. Suddenly I realized the crew was watching me in the background with startled looks with slight smiles on their faces.
The usual shy person felt completely confident and in control. As I did my ¾ turn from Al, I walked toward the Director and looked in all their eyes and said to the Director “excuse me”, and then smiled with my big green cat eyes. Nonchantly, I walked to my office numb and could not believe it. I drove myself nuts for about a month by complaining how I did not pursue acting lessons because my mother thought it was not for me and I was forbidden to continue acting. So that is my story. Did Al Pacino get tagged yet?
To this day, I still think about that moment and how I could of been the next Beverly DeAngelo :-).
