Ricky Martin’s entertainment career has run the spectrum from stage actor, teen singer, soap actor, to Latin sex symbol. Ricky was nominated for an American Music Award for Favorite Latin Artist and he won a Grammy Award for Best Latin Pop Performance (Vuelve), won a ‘Teen Choice Award’ for Choice Male Artist. In 2000, Ricky won an American Music Award for Favorite Latin Artist and was nominated for Favorite Male Artist. He was named one of “People” magazine’s 50 Most Beautiful People in 1999.
