My family and I have been watching Les over the past year and have found his Survivorman episodes educational, entertaining, and inspirational. In addition, we have purchased his Survivorman DVD set so we can follow his exploits without commercial interruption the way they were meant to be delivered.

Les seems like a well-balanced individual who would probably enjoy meeting myself and my family (with two boys 10 and 5).

Les – we are waiting for your next installment of Survivorman – good luck!

I have been into surviving since I was little, even though I am only 12 years old I consider myself a survival expert I have seen all the episodes of survivor man, and I have read many books about survival like The encylopedia of survival techniques, by Alexander Stilwell. I have read that book twice. I would really like to meet survivor man because I am his #1 fan, and it would be my dream come to meet him. Thank you,

Les Stroud gleefully puts himself in harm’s way and resolutely eats whole lizards (okay, no heads). Although he obviously loves bunnies, he will matter-of-factly snare, gut, eat and wear one when the cold demands it. If the end of the world comes in our lifetime, odds are good that Les will be the last man standing. He can build a fire anywhere out of anything and he gets naked on TV at the drop of a mutlitool—my kind of guy! Les, you rule!

Watching Les is spellbinding. He’s the type of person who holds your interest. He does the things that I’ve always wanted to do. He’s tougher than nails.
