He was an amazing writer and one of the first public figures to ever be honest and open about his alternate lifestyle of homosexuality. He has written amazing plays such as “The Glass Menagerie” and “A Streetcar Named Desire.” I’d doo him even though he’s gay…and dead. He was hilarious yet heartbreaking. Crude yet beautiful. Honest yet he only showed us glimpses of illusions. Fabulous. Amazing. Just Tennessee.
