Why I want to meet Geddy Lee

I started listening to Rush because of the drumming. Neil Peart was my hero. I use to think they’d be a better band if they had a different singer. But then I heard a band covering ‘Spirit of Radio’ (my favorite Rush song) and it sounded wrong without Geddy. That’s when I realized how integral his vocals was to Rush’s music. I am now a fan of his singing and I can’t imagine Rush without him. He also happens to be the best Rock Bassist to walk the face of the Earth.

My dad brought me up listining to Rush singe I was only a baby, and now I have memorized all their songs and I’m learning to play then on bass. Geddy is my idol <3
