Why I want to meet Emma Thompson
I want to meet her cause I’ve got a huge crush on her D:
And she just seems like a wonderful person to meet.

She is so gorgeous and wonderful in Much Ado About Nothing! I’ve wanted to meet her ever since I saw that movie in the the theater years ago. Go Beatrice!
When i saw her in Stranger than Fiction, i was absolutley captivated. It was rather silly because i’ve never fell for a flippin’ character before lol. She was haggard, spitting in her cigarette’s, demented, and that really caught on to me. HA! It’s hilarious because it’s just a character! So i suppose she did her job quite well. And her accent is delicious and i loved the way (at the end of the movie) she sat on the window seal and played with her toes. heh…sorry. I think it’s just the character, not her. ah…i need to sleep now…i’m saying…erm…typing silly things…
I want to meet Emma Thompson because she’s been one of my heroine’s since I was about 12. She is a true Renaissance woman – not pinned down by Hollywood/actor stereotypes – clearly brilliant in so many wonderful ways. And we share the same birthday. Fate? Quite possibly.
Emma is so beyond what anyone can imagine. My story about her is very long, so i will just sum it up by saying that she is exquisite; generous; funny; considerate and wise… She has so much wisdom on womanhood, the industry, parenting and relationships. I hadn’t expected her to imact my life as she has, I am truly grateful for the opportunity i had with her & desperately hope for another!
Emma Thompson is absolutely beautiful but it never seems like she’s trying to sell herself with sex; she’s willing to look bad, even ugly, if the part calls for it (look at Love Actually and Nanny Mcphee). But maybe a better way to put it is that she seems so normal. She’s smart and successful, having written several screenplays and starred in many films. And i don’t know how, but she absolutely glows. She is funny, but also very serious, and though i don’t agree with her politics i think it would be wonderful to meet her and talk with her about her work and thinking process. Because i very much want to act in, write, produce, and eventually direct films i think that she would be a very informative and inspiring individual to know.
She is my favorite actress, period. Brilliant, talented, gorgeous! And she seems like such a lovely person in interviews!
She is a seriously great artist! I fell in love with her acting in Remains of the Day and Sense and Sensibility.
