Hemalayaa is the author of numerous yoga videos and DVD’s distributed worldwide. Based in Vancouver and teaching internationally Hemalayaa helps opens doors to enlightenment and transformation in a busy world through her unique teaching style.

Being brought up in a traditional East Indian tradition, Hemalayaa brings a unique combination of ancient wisdom and modern sensibility to her practice of Hatha Yoga. Her technique embraces vinyasa overtones influenced by her Bhakti Yoga practice, and Ayurveda. She is a certified yoga instructor, but her teachings transcend structure and form tapping into the divine.

Emphasizing intuition balanced with structure she leads her students toward experiencing their own creative and uniquely personal connection with their true selves. She is an insightful guide that leads her students to discover their own spiritual awakening, through yoga.
