Why I admire stanley kubrick
Even though during his career as a director lasted 48 years he only released 16 movies and they’ve all effected my life in someway or another. I dressed up as Alex from Clockwork Orange for Halloween last year and as a matter of fact the first day I saw Clockwork Orange I watched it 3 more times cause I was so amazed that something so vile and violent and disturbing could also be strangely beautyful.
Why I want to meet stanley kubrick
Oh, if I only could. His films have had such a profound effect on me: in what I’ve chosen to do with my life, in what I see, in how I practice an aesthetic.
Here’s to you, Mr. Kubrick.

If he’d still be alive, I would love to see him directing one of his all perfect movie pictures. I admire his ability to take his time in doing the ultimate movie.
