How I met Bono
I sort of stalked the band while they were in Chicago… It was really for a friend of mine … U2 was her favorite band and I wanted her to meet them. It’s really not that hard to meet someone famous. You just have to talk to people – you know, groupie types. Anyway, he was pretty cool. It was my parents 20th anniversary so he signed the card for them… I asked him to write “Happy Anniversary” and he basicly said that he didn’t have enough time for that… I guess beggers can’t be choosers.
