How I met Steven Tyler
I met him when I was working at a hotel in Fort Lauderdale.
Coolest brother ever!

I had a dream about him, at least 10 years ago. I was walking down the aisle of a church, in a red velvet dress. Everything was in red velvet, it seemed – even the groom. When the time came to “kiss the bride”, I turned to my red velvet-clad new hubby, and BAM! It was Steven Tyler! I woke up… dammit!
Most dreams don’t stay in my mind so vividly, but this one always has.
Aerosmith has always been one of my favorite bands. I’ve never seen them live, though. I would like to before I die. They never will.
See saw swingin’ with the boys in school and your feet flyin’ up in the air!
I have met him several times. He is hands down the nicest celebrity I’ve met
I got to meet Steven Tyler back in ‘98 in North Charleston, South Carolina during their Nine Lives Tour. He was at the back gate of the coliseum when he arrived there early for a contest, and the winner got to meet him backstage before the show. I drove from Jacksonville, FL for the show. By the time I left the contest going on out front and went around to the back, he was taking a picture with fans, then turned to leave and walked off. I called out his name, and he half turned around, but kept going. When I called him again, he looked, and turned around and walked back to me. I told him I had come from FL, and to sign something, anything, but I had nothing for him to sign. He said well how about this, and opened my button down shirt, and signed just below my chest. I was speechless. I still don’t remember saying a thing after that. My friend with me had gone to the car to get the camera, but she got lost, and got back too late. I never got my pix with Steven. I went back to FL, called into work the next day, and had his signature tattooed. I’ve seen Aerosmith in different cities and states all over almost 35 times since then, and never get tired of seeing them live. They are my biggest passion in life. Steven is the most amazing person who lives life to the fullest everyday, the way I believe we all should be. I have several more Aerosmith tattoos now, and hope they’re around for a long time to come. I can’t imagne life without them. Maybe I’ll get that picture with him one day. Dream On. Beth
I’ve always admired him for doing what he’s done… He’s shown that something good comes from life and the bad things that happen along the way. I’ve been down a long tough road and finally feel at ease about life. I’d love to meet him just to wind jam… :0)
