Jay Leno (placeholder)

I was working for the University of Idaho Conferences and Events my freshman year of college when Jay Leno came for WSU’s Dad’s Weekend. For big shows we loan equipment to WSU. I went for “tear-down” and we caught the last of his show standing by the exit ramp to Beasley Coliseum.After the show Jay walked straight up to my supervisor who was standing next to me shook his hand and then shook mine and another guy and said “Sorry for twisting up the ‘mic’ line.” My supervisor just laughed it off. He then walked up to his sports car and drove off.

He’s really nice.

‘Course I met him. A lot in Studio City. Seen him near the Beverly Hills Hotel.

But dang, he’s got a lotta cars.

Why are you stalking me Jay Leno? For the second time I see you behind me in line in the crappy Whole Foods on Coldwater…

He loves motorcycles and I want to ride his “Jet Bike.”

Whata fricken gasgobbler. he has a new car every day. I see him A LOT in Burbank and he’s always lookin’ for a new way to pollute the city more. Whatever. Yeah I guess it was cool meeting the dude… but he didn’t donate the money for our car show.. and from what I can see, he’s got enough to spare.
He looks like a normal person out on the street. The first time I met him I didn’t know who he was… go figure.

The premier of “Battlefield Earth” and he was a couple rows behind me. My boyfriend of the time went up to get a picture of me and him and i could barely speak, which is humerous in retrospect. When the pictures were developed I found his head to be so large that people suspected i edited the picture in fotoshop.

The Tonight Show was filming in Chicago, and was out near Navy Pier. Apparently they were doing some “Jay-around-Chicago” gags and were filming him catching fish at Navy Pier. He was really nice to the small crowd that had gathered to watch, and signed an autograph for my mom.

He is not only the guy that cracks me up late at night, but I also think his car collection rocks the most!
