I want to meet Shirley MacLaine because she’s an excellent actress and I respect her for the strong, if not bitchly lol, roles she has played and the strength and independence she has demonstrated in her real life.
I am a proud alumnus of Washington-Lee High School in Arlington, Virginia (the same high school of which Sandra Bullock is an alum) during an English class in my senior year, the substitute was getting nowhere trying to keep the class orderly and finally, she yelled “I nearly failed Shirley Macclaine and kept her out of the Senior class play..and I can now make your life miserable too..so stop now or I shall do so!!” Needless to say, we all completely shut up and acted perfectly for the remainder of her stay with us until our teacher returned from his illness.
