I’m also vegan. I’ve bought only two of her books and borrowed the “La Dolce Vegan” book from a friend. I attend Vegan Meetups once a month and if she attended one, that would be cool for the rest of us Winnipeg Vegans. We meet on the first Saturday of every month at Mondragon at noon.
