The second time I went to see The Academy Is… my mom almost ran William Beckett over in the parking lot. I would have died. But then it was amazing because we met him and got pictures and he was extremely sweet :)
i’ve met him twice and he’s a total sweetheart. the first time i met him was at bamboozle ‘05 and there was nobody around him. he said, “i hope you come see our set, i don’t know if we’ll have much of a turnout.” needless to say, their turnout was pretty big.

i met him at warped tour 2006 walking away from their show and i told him how much i love the academy is… and him. he was so nice about it and actually spoke with me. i cant wait to see him again. or maybe not, while i was walking up to him (or more like running) i slipped on wood and fell in the mud because it was raining really hard. embarassing!!!
I didnt really know what to say, I was in such shock that the sexiest human being alive was right in front of me with all his attention on me for a few seconds. So, I smiled and said “Hi” and he smiled and said “Hi” back while shaking my hand, and signed my Almost Here CD. And then it was over…. I was a bit disappointed, I wanted to get a picture with him, but the people at AP Magazine wouldn’t let us. But I’m not that upset, I’m going to see him many times in the future…
