Ever since I was a kid I have loved the Sound of Music. Julie Andrews character seemed like a fairy godmother to the Von Trapp children, and Julie Andrews seemed to be charming in real life.

Seven years ago, I went to Buckingham Palace with a member of my family who was awarded an honour. It was on the same day as Julie Andrews was made a Dame, and I was lucky enough to be given a chance to meet her outside when everyone was getting photos taken.

She was lovely, so nice to everybody, so meeting her only increased my admiration for her.

Julie is like every little girl’s fairy godmother.

Oh, so amazing! Her voice is amazing and she is a very beautiful and talented woman. Sound of music everyone knows, but Victor Victoria was also amazing and quite funny too! you should watch it!

She has such a marvolous voice. I swear, she’s like the ninth wonder of the world. lol :DDDD the sound of music is my absolute fav movie and i would so0o0o0o0 kill 2 meet julie andrews. its like something i just have 2 do.

I really love her crystal clear voice and how she seems so nice! She makes me smile.

I love The Sound of Music, Mary Poppins, and Victor/Victoria. Everyday I sing every song from those movies. Its a blast. She is beautiful and a really good singer. She is part of my life. The Sound of Music and Mary Poppins were my two favorite movies when I was a kid. And I still love them! I just wish I could see her and tell her that she’s been a huge part of my childhood!
