Why I want to meet Malcolm Gladwell
I enjoyed his books a lot as well as his recordings. It’ll be interesting to talk to him and learn more.

I have yet to meet Malcolm Gladwell.
I was horrified that the boston pheonix listed Malcolm Gladwell on their 100 most unsexiest men list this past May.
Malcolm Gladwell is refreshingly different looking. He’s actually quite handsome. Not to mention intelligent. He’s just an acquired taste that’s all. (Personally, I think he looked down right gorgeous with close cropped hair. Although the afro isn’t bad either.)
He’s extremely attractive to a select few individuals.
;-) “wink, wink”
Went to a book signing, listened and said hi. Quality guy. I didn’t want him to sign any of his books for me, then I would care to much and not highlight and take notes in them… I hope he understands. :)
I am presently re-reading blink..
He take on this subject has reawakened my educational psychological leanings..
blink was brilliant. i can’t remember the last recently published book i read that i’ve enjoyed more.
well. the most recent de Kooning bio i’m in the middle of is pretty amazing, actually…
Oh, he was a speaker at our ANA TV Forum in 2005, so I met him. I think I was gushing about some sections in Blink and he just nodded his head and signed my book. That is all.
I think I am going to buy the books from Audible today. Check out this pic I made. His new blog is at http://gladwell.typepad.com/
Remarkable, brilliant, breakthrough, put-it-together-in-a-whole-new-way guy who is ALSO an articulate, orginal, entertaining reader… one who manages to take some of the same-old and combine it in a new way, give it a twist and come out optimistic. Love to read him in the New Yorker… loved THE TIPPING POINT and BLINK is on my night-table by the bed. Probably too exciting and energizing to be good sleepytime reading, however…
