A story about Jean-Pierre Jeunet
I’ve actually met him twice, in the span of two days. He came to speak about “Amelie” and the next night he had a showing of “City of Lost Children” and had a Q & A afterwards. The first time I met him he signed my Amelie DVD, (spelling my name Natalie as “Nathalie”, very cute) and at the screening I brought my gigantic Japanese import movie poster of Amelie, and had him sign that. He added a heart.
Amazing man, very witty, very funny. I got to ask him a few questions, which brought great insight into the movies. Wonderful man, wonderful movies.
