I have seen the Dave Matthews Band several times and each time they’ve been amazing (of course). I’ve never met them, though! I want to ask them the meaning behind certain songs and ask them to play for me privately. Ha, like they’d have time. But anyway, they’re just seem like awesome guys.

After seeing Dave at the Gorge in 2005, I became an instant fan. Seen him a few times since then, and have always heard what a down to earth guy he is.
This became evident when my friend Mike Riley and I discovered Dave’s house in the Seattle area. Not the palacial estate you would exprect from the rock star who has such a huge following and is the biggest selling live act!
Dave, if you read this… time to pull some of the weeds…can barely see the fence anymore! Oh, and you might think about switching the plates on the Subaru to Washington plates, instead of the VA plates!
I want to meet Dave because his music is great, and he inspired both my boys (10 and 5) to start playing the guitar!
How I met Dave Matthews
I finally ran into dave matthews and his wonderful band in a restaurant. They were suprisingly cordial, and invited me to eat with them. two of the funniest hours i have ever spent.. and free concert tickets. thanks mr. dave..
