Why I admire Howard Dean

With all the places Howard Dean wanted to go to, he should have started a profile on 43places!

Why I want to meet Howard Dean

seems like a swell guy with a lot of energy. I’d like to have a couple shots of tequila with him wearing sombreros then go at it over a round of foosball.

Why I admire Howard Dean

He’s the Father of the netroots….and a superb DNC chair!

A story about Howard Dean

During the 2004 campaign he came to my town for an event and I interviewed him. He talked to a middle school class and asked them, “Which is safer to drink, water from the toilet or water from the Mississippi River, assuming youve flushed it?”

Why I admire Howard Dean

I don’t care what the Republican media says about him. The guy rocks!

All the true visionaries seem to get shot down, either literally or figuratively. It’s no coincidence.

America could have been a great nation again under his leadership.

I truly do believe that.

A story about Howard Dean

I was on the SLEEPLESS SUMMER tour with Howard Dean when he ran for president. I was in the background of a photo and was printed on the NY TIMES, right over his left shoulder- I’m a television news photographer.
I worked for KGMB WPTZ and WFMY.

I travelled on the plane with him to DC, Milwalkee, Boise, Portland, Seattle, Austin and other places in texas, Chicago, Virgina, and eventually to the top of the Rock- Rockerfeller Center- and did a liveshot off the roof.

What a time- thanks Howard! I would have voted for you.

HOWARD AND HILLARY ‘08?

A story about Howard Dean

I met Howard Dean at a NOW conference in Arlington, VA sometime in 2003. And again at Cap City Brewing in DC at a rally. By “met”, I mean “shook hands with”. I’m glad he’s manning the democratic party now, because it really needs some serious reforms.

Why I want to meet Howard Dean

Because he is one of the few people trying to fix liberalism in American from within, and he’s committed to using the net to help do it.

A story about Howard Dean

I love Howard Dean. He’s smart and witty. And smart. And tenacious. Did I mention smart? Plus he says what we often all want to say but don’t dare. When he speaks to you he gives you his full attention. His teeth, however, are scary because he drinks way too much coffee and has yet to have his teeth professionally whitened so they look like he borrowed George Washington’s. But then again, Dean doesn’t pander to Hollywood, so what can you expect.

Why I like Howard Dean

I like that Dr. Dean trusts his own convictions. I hope he keeps on doing that. And I hope he builds a better database than the one the RNC has.
