A story about Laurell K. Hamilton
I adore her books. She inspires me to write. Her characters are amazing. I love them all. Especially Nathaniel.
writes the Meredith Gentry series as well as Anita Blake series…awesome writer-worth reading for sure!
I adore her books. She inspires me to write. Her characters are amazing. I love them all. Especially Nathaniel.
I love her books and would love to ask her where she gets her inspiration to write.
Her books are amazing. I love the way she writes and keeps me smiling the whole way through. Who would’ve thought that the supernatural could be humourous..
I had an opportunity to go to her San Francisco booksigning.
But on the day, at the right time… I was on a roadtrip when I remembered.
doh
but that’s the thing, its not like I would have felt like anything but a dork when I got my nanosecond to say “HELLO, you good. me like” before I’d bolt off, or stand & babble as if she wanted me to do anything but hurry along so she could soak her hand in the hotel bathroom to get the kinks out…
anyway… I’m thinking of picking up the AUDIOBOOKS which are probably less ‘bickery’ & ‘nitpicky’ when given an actor’s license.
If anyone ever reads this & happens to know if the audiobooks are any good, I’d love knowing if its worth buying or ripping…
thanks!
What an imagination. Why hasn’t Hollywood done her books?
They’re short, funny, & richly imaginative. They’re great fun. I gave the Anita series to a little firecracker of a girlfriend that I swear Hamilton must have met…
There’s nothing in her books that a little NeoCon ‘decency petition’ couldn’t cure.
I have to be honest, I wish she’d stop writing books with so much arguing in them. Back forth, back forth. Get to the point. I love reading them on the subway, but the tedious character justifications gets on my nerves if the subway is crowded. I’d like to ask her if we could come up with another way to fill a book.
