Jack Johnson (placeholder)

he was in london on friday just gone. He was here to play a few songs from his forthcoming LP in Feb 08 and I was invited to attend his small showcase and CD playback which alot of European journalists attended too and record label people who were about to hear it for the first time.. He was introduced to people around the room and I got to say hello and a few minutes to chat was really quiet but very polite…. nice guy

I want to go to his concert soo bad i love his music

my photography teacher had his cd on in class repeat every lesson she thought it was claming music for us especially around exam times and i found myself looking forward to the lessons for more than just the photography lol.

I met him in Australia when he was touring with G. Love and Xavier Rudd. My friends and I checked out a Blues and Roots Festival and then got lucky enough to have Jack Johnson’s head of security let me and my friends in to see G. Love. He liked us and invited us down for another show 2 hours away. Needless to say we went. We got in VIP and got to go backstage after to hang out with all of them. Then Jack walks up to me and goes “I really like your hat, I saw you jammin’ out in the crowd all night.” My jaw dropped and he laughed gave me a hug, and my friends and I all got pics with them. It was really cool, especially when G. Love invited us to a hotel party, when we got there his band and Jack’s band were all Jamming and honest to god he sounds the same as he does on his CD. He played some Cat Stevens, some stuff he wrote, and a mix of other stuff. It was crazy. After he left we played spin the bottle. haha I ended up kissing G. Love and Merlo (jack’s bassist) what a weekend. LOL

I am in love with his voice. His music can help me fall asleep, wake up, make me feel better, or help me wallow.

i always have his songs stuck in my head! i was just introduced to his music about a year ago, and insently fell in love with it!

because i can’t get his songs out of my head!!!! even on days when i don’t wake up listening to that CD, i still have his songs playing in my head – over and over… sitting, waiting, wishing…

I want to meet Jack Johnson simply because everytime i listen to one of his AMAZING songs it always turns my day around… and everything that seemed to be going wrong don’t seem to matter anymore.
