mr funny man, i love his movies like mrs. doubtfire and one hour photo, and a bunch of other roles.
I was in Vancouver, at the Purple Onion, when there was an improv group on-stage. It was rumoured that he popped in, since at the time he was filming, Jumanji. An hour later, as the group wound down, Robin Williams appears. Alongside him was Ryan Stiles, someone I didn’t know of at the time, but who was an excellent performer. Anyway, it was a very good evening had by all.
Every since I saw him for the first time on Mork and Mindy he has made me laugh. He is a very talented person whom I admire.
to see what aspects of all his delightful personas are real
and
to tell him that his acting is the greatest I have ever seen on the screen
cos he’s a fantastic person!!! i love all his songs,, da way he sing n act!! he’s cOol y le keru tanto…!!! jeje
He has such an incredible sense of humor and seems like he would be a lot of fun to be around. I’ve watched and enjoyed his comedy/acting since I was a kid and I just can’t get enough of him.
I saw him once when I lived in SF (which is where he lives also). I lived behind UCSF and the hospital, so I was on my way home when I saw him walking towards the hospital with some flowers in his hands. I thought it might be inappropriate to interrupt him, but I said to him, “O’ Captain, My Captain…” and smiled at him. He smiled back and went on his way. Also, growing up my entire life my friends have always said that my dad looks a lot like him. Funny…
Robin Williams is the best actor you’d ever find. He is the classic comedian genius people look for. I look up to him. He is one of a kind.
